We are Hiring CFIs!

EB Flight Training prides itself on the quality of its instructional staff.  We are looking for only the best flight instructors who want to work at one of the best flight schools.

Certified Flight Instructors at EB Flight can instruct various programs. Too often we see flight instructors working at schools that tend to be “pilot mills” with an “get ’em in-and-out” attitude. Our flight instruction team actually enjoys flying!

Join our team in November

  • All candidates must have their Certified Flight Instructor Certificate with Instrument Privileges (CFII) to be considered.
  • All candidates must have experience flying an aircraft with steam/analog gauges.

As a member of the EB Flight team, we ask for your commitment to deliver outstanding quality and results that exceed client expectations. In addition, we expect your personal accountability in all of the service, actions, advice and results that you provide as a representative of EB Flight Training. In return, we are committed to providing you with every opportunity to learn, grow and stretch to  the highest level of your ability and potential in a fun, cooperative environment. We get students through our programs quickly and efficiently, but it’s the process that sets us apart from the competition.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding flight instruction and mentoring to students, renters and customers
of EB Flight

• Promote and market EB Flight Training products and services to those you meet both at
work and in your daily life

• Adhere to EB Flight Training policies and operating procedures as well as all state, local and
federal laws and regulations

• Coordinate with management and other instructors to ensure safe and efficient
operations and to exceed customer expectations

• Coordinate with management to establish a standard schedule of availability

• Other projects and duties as opportunities arise

This is considered a contractor position with the possibility of varying schedules comprising an
approximate 40-hour week.

Compensation is competitive with the industry and will be discussed in an interview.

Hours are TBD. Once set, contractors are expected to be available during those scheduled
hours on a consistent basis and be on site at least 15 minutes prior to any scheduled session.
