A&P Mechanic

About the Position

EB Flight Training is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented A&P Mechanic to maintain our fleet of training aircraft. You'll work with modern avionics, well-maintained Cessna aircraft, and be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety and airworthiness.

Requirements

• Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate
• Experience with Cessna single-engine aircraft preferred
• Knowledge of modern avionics systems (Garmin G5, G1000, GNX 375, etc.) a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and professional demeanor
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on training aircraft
• Conduct annual inspections and 100-hour inspections
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and avionics issues
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logbooks
• Coordinate with parts suppliers and vendors
• Ensure compliance with all FAA regulations and standards
