Content Creation

Create engaging posts, reels, and stories that showcase student achievements and daily flight school life.

Video Production

Film and edit short-form videos that capture the thrill of learning to fly and our unique training environment.

Community Building

Engage with our audience and help build an online community of aviation enthusiasts and aspiring pilots.

About the Position

EB Flight Training is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to help grow our online presence. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating content, has a passion for aviation (or wants to learn), and understands how to engage audiences on social platforms.

You'll work closely with our team to capture student milestones, create engaging content about flight training, and help prospective students discover what makes EB Flight Training special. An aviation background is a plus but not required—we value creativity and willingness to learn about our industry.

Responsibilities

Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
Film and edit short-form videos (reels, TikToks) showcasing student achievements
Photograph student solos, checkride passes, and other milestone moments
Respond to comments, messages, and engage with our online community
Develop content ideas that highlight our instructors, fleet, and training programs
Track social media metrics and provide insights on content performance

Requirements

Experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional)
Strong photography and/or video editing skills
Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
Strong written communication skills
Reliable transportation to our Daytona Beach location
Ability to work flexible hours including some weekends for events

Nice to Have

Background in aviation (pilot, flight student, aviation enthusiast)
Experience with aviation-related content
Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools
Marketing or communications degree/coursework
